Our Story

It all started back in 2009, when a great big Tennessee Titan crossed paths with a tiny, blonde, hair-dressing bartender at Steeplechase in Nashville, TN. Zach loved cold beer and hot wings, and Victoria knew how to serve them fast.

A Nashville native who grew up just down the street from her salon on Murphy Road, Victoria knew the Sylvan Park neighborhood was missing something: a true neighborhood bar they could call their own. So in 2011, she took 700 square feet from the salon and transformed it into the original Neighbors Sylvan Park. With just six beer taps and a kitchen so small only one person could fit inside, they got creative—smoking their wings out back in the parking lot. What started as a tiny local hangout quickly became a Nashville favorite.

Seeing how Neighbors brought the community together, Victoria eventually closed the salon and expanded the restaurant into the space it fills today. And she didn’t stop there. In 2018, an opportunity in Germantown opened the door for the second Neighbors location. From there, Franklin, the Gulch, and Murfreesboro followed—each one built on the same foundation of sports entertainment, great service, and high-quality food and drinks.

Every Neighbors location comes with a dog-friendly patio—because good food is better with good company, paws included. We’re big believers in giving back, too, which is why we partner with local groups dedicated to animal care, rescue, and wellness. After all, dogs aren’t just man’s best friend… they’re our best neighbors.
